INFINITE STAGE
COLLEEN HARRIS

My Story
Colleen Harris is an actor, singer, teacher, composer and director whose work with theaters, circuses, cruise lines and museums has been seen across the country and abroad.
After receiving her MFA in Acting from the American Conservatory Theatre, she performed in New York City in numerous productions from living rooms to Off-Broadway, and hosted two cabaret open mics that ran for a combined 17 years. She has been the composer and/or musical director with Infinite Stage, including her commissioned compositions for the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery. She frequently collaborates as a performer on new plays with Wild Goose Players.
Colleen has taught at the University of South Carolina Beaufort and Loyola University. She currently teaches theatre full time at New England College, and voice part-time at the New England Center for Circus Arts.
When not creating theatre, her favorite pastimes are performing with her band SIREN (sirenmusicnyc.com), doing any puzzle she can get her hands on, and taking long-distance walks. She has walked over 1000 miles over two Caminos in Spain, and is already planning a third (and fourth and fifth).
